Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in or using iPlus Madrasah. By completing registration and payment, you agree to be bound by all of the terms set out below.
Enrolment becomes effective only after you complete the registration form and pay the applicable fees. All information provided by the student must be accurate; the institution reserves the right to cancel enrolment if any information is found to be false or incomplete.
Taleem online recorded videos aur hafta-war (weekly) classes ke zariye faraham ki jayegi. The institution may modify the curriculum, schedule, or teaching methods as and when needed.
Students may choose between the Fast Track or Normal Course options based on their preference. The Fast Track option requires completion in a shorter duration and demands more time and effort.
Weekly class participation is the student's responsibility. Students are expected to watch the recorded lectures and complete assignments on time.
Certificate issuance requires passing the prescribed exams and assignments. Any form of academic dishonesty will result in appropriate action by the institution.
Jama shuda fees aam tor par Non-Refundable hogi. Any refunds or adjustments are entirely at the discretion of the institution.
Certificates are issued only upon completing all course requirements and exams. Non-compliance with the conditions may result in the certificate being withheld.
All videos, notes, assignments, and materials belong to iPlus Madrasah. Unauthorised copying, sharing, distribution, or selling of this material is strictly prohibited without prior permission.
Islamic etiquette must be maintained in classes and on all online platforms. The institution may terminate membership in cases of inappropriate behaviour or misconduct.
Students are responsible for their own technical setup (internet, devices, etc.). The institution provides best-effort support but is not liable for personal technical difficulties.
The institution may modify or add to these terms as and when needed.
iPlus Madrasah sirf deeni taleem faraham karta hai. Students bear full responsibility for their personal statements, actions, and decisions. The institution assumes no liability for a student's conduct during or after the course.
Educational materials are intended solely for educational and reformative purposes. Any misuse by a student creates liability exclusively for that individual, not for the institution.
A student's personal opinions, social media posts, and statements represent their individual views only and do not represent the institution in any way.
Each student is responsible for complying with their local and regional laws. The institution bears no responsibility for any legal violations by a student.
The institution may suspend or cancel enrolment without prior notice if a student's conduct violates the institution's reputation, security, the law, or Islamic ethics.
The institution provides no guarantee regarding employment, positions, or job placements. Certificate taleemi qabiliyat ki nishandahi karta hai, rozgar ki guarantee nahin.
The institution, its management, teachers, and staff assume no responsibility for any damages, claims, disputes, or personal consequences resulting from a student's actions.
Upon completing registration and payment, the student is considered to have read, understood, and accepted all of these Terms & Conditions.
